Dr. Luis Figueroa is a board-certified vascular surgeon in Toronto and a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. With over 10 years of experience, he specializes in the treatment of varicose veins, spider veins, and complex arterial diseases, utilizing minimally invasive techniques for patient safety and comfort.

He currently practices at Humber River Hospital and North Toronto Surgical, and is also the Co-founder and Medical Director of InnovaVascular in Mexico—a leading clinic for advanced endovascular interventions.

Dr. Figueroa is deeply committed to medical education and surgical innovation. He has lectured at international conferences and partners with leading device companies such as Abbott and Medtronic. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Queen’s University and a Lecturer in the Vascular Surgery Division at the University of Toronto.
